Managers and staff of Drusillas had a hugely exciting evening at the 21st Sussex Business Awards
held at the Grand Hotel in Brighton. Drusillas scooped two of the top gongs at the ceremony; the
prestigious Company of the Year (sponsored by Deloitte) and in addition, the much coveted
Best Customer Service Award (sponsored by Domestic and General).

The success came after an earlier triumph at the South East England Tourism Excellence Awards
where Drusillas received the Silver Award for Large Visitor Attraction Of The Year; an award
that encompasses the whole of Sussex, Kent, Surrey, Hampshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire
and Oxfordshire.

Director Christine Smith commented “Winning one award is an honour but achieving three is really
superb. It’s a real testament to the whole workforce, whether that’s serving our visitors on the
frontline or behind the scenes. We are truly delighted.”
